VK the Group’s flagship unit was established in 1999 situated at Ludhiana. It has a rolling mill of 16” with 6 stands… A new 11” Rolling Mill added with 6-Hi, stand and one 18” rough stand in year 2017. Under the enthusiastic leadership of Mr. Atul Gupta, company has achieved a growth rate of more than 30%-40% in the last five years.
Qualified Engineers, experienced technical and commercial personnel, are assisting him. The unit is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 QMS. We at VK are working in compliance with 5-S TQM. We at VKC are going to put our best efforts in making the environment pollution free, clean and green.
Under the modernization plan of plant, new re-heating furnace was installed with fully automatic (Scadabased) and controlled burners with PLC System. An 18” Roughing Mill with 1 roughing Stand was installed. All the seven stands of existing 16” Rolling Mill were replaced with new roller bearing stands with mechanised transfer tables, which would further improve the quality of finished products. This helped to increase our productivity.
